Mission Statement An Array of Charm’s mission is to empower disadvantaged youth by equipping them with the academic competencies, social skills and leadership training required to create permanent, positive change in their lives. We accomplish this through a foundation of training in etiquette, civility, and protocol– the three core assets that transform societal and socioeconomic differences into the common language of success.

We are continuously striving to improve our program by seeking funding from the Predators Foundation, MDHA Summer Youth Grant, SFSP Grant and the 21st CCLC/LEAPs Grant.
Our Aftercare program mission is to improve grades and standardized test scores by assisting children with their homework daily, providing tutoring services & teaching etiquette.

FUN SUMMER CAMPS
ANNOUNCEMENT: Before Care/ After Care starts Aug. 7 2017. Before Care starts 6:30-7:30AM. Before Care cost is $25.
ANNOUNCEMENT: AAOC is pleased to announce that with the assistance of the 2017 MDHA Summer Youth Grant, we have been able to give over $18,000 in scholarships to at-risk youths from low income families.
